Before you ask
One credit processes one memory, a write of up to 1,000 tokens. A larger event counts proportionally, so a 2,400-token tool result is 3 credits. No single event can exceed 32 credits, and reads never spend one.
On Starter, nothing: overage ships off, so writes stop and you decide what to do next. On Pro and Pro+ overage is on with a budget you control, $200 and $500 by default. Writes stop at the budget. There is no path to an invoice you did not choose.
Open: the SDKs, the MCP server, the node and export format, and causal-verify. Paid: the engine that turns raw agent activity into adjudicated experience (extraction, write-time supersedence, the retrieval stack, taint propagation) plus the hosting. Every surface you need to verify us or leave us is open. The brain is not.
No. Pro and Pro+ take unlimited teammates and unlimited dashboard viewers. We meter the memories your agents write, not the people who read them. Charging per head would tax the exact behaviour that makes a shared graph worth having.
No. The 14-day trial is card-less: 2,500 memories on a personal workspace, 10,000 on a team one. A card appears only when you decide to subscribe, and a first invoice is refundable in full for 14 days.
Your workspace goes read-only and stays there. Nothing is deleted, and search, lineage, and verification keep working on everything you built. Writes and export need a plan.
Yes, in an open format you can check offline with causal-verify. Being easy to leave is why we can be trusted with the state in the first place. Export runs on a live trial or a paid plan. A lapsed workspace stays readable, and one month of its entry tier takes everything back out.
On paid plans, for one month, up to half your plan's base: 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Pro, 65,000 on Pro+.
When the arithmetic says so, and the dashboard does that arithmetic for you. On monthly billing, Starter plus overage passes $79 at about 17,500 memories a month, and Pro passes $199 at about 67,000. Every overage rate sits above the next plan's effective rate, so moving up always wins over sustained overage.
On Enterprise. You get private VPC deployment or the same service as a docker compose, licensed to run wherever your data has to live.
